Our property managers, Discover Daylesford, are available Mon-Fri 10am-7pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. They will do their best to answer any questions that come through via email to stay@discoverdaylesford.com or your booking channel.
However, if you need emergency assistance during your stay, please contact their out of hours emergency team via the number provided in your welcome email.
If there is a life-threatening emergency, please call 000 immediately.
