We hope you’ve enjoyed your stay at Prospect Cottage. Here’s a few hints to help you get back on the road when it’s time to leave.
check-out day
Please triple check the home before departing to ensure you have not left anything behind. Common items left behind include phone chargers, computer cords, passports/licenses, clothes, electronics, eyeglasses, toiletries/makeup, documents, and toys.
If you have left something behind, we will do our best to reunite you with it. Please contact Discover Daylesford as soon as you realise the item has been left. They will require:
- Item description
- Where you think you may have left the item
- The name on the reservation
If your item is found, we will post it back to you at your cost for packaging and shipping. Discover Daylesford will advise the final cost once known.
